B.A United has teamed up with some foreign clubs in order to provide its staff with management development.
Following a major internal restructure, the team identified a requirement to upskill its new and existing team members with training in effective club management techniques.
Rahamat Mustapha Riga, who is the President of the club says; he conducted a gap analysis in order to pinpoint where the shortfalls were.
He then partnered with former teams like Sparta Rotterdam, Vitesse Arnhem, to devise a specially tailored management development programme.
“Running from May until August 2018, the programme will cover performance management, emotional intelligence and maximizing your teams potential and others.” Riga said.
Riga added: “We want to focus on ensuring we have a robust management model in place so that our people are properly supported and our fans remain satisfied. ”
The management team will also have the chance to tour around the various teams clubhouse.
